The Problem
Savannah Dental, a two-location practice built around a whole-health positioning that includes airway therapy and Myobrace alongside traditional cosmetic and restorative work, had meaningful search visibility but was generating very few organic clicks. Its average position placed most of the site well outside the competitive results, and its differentiated focus wasn't coming through in how the practice showed up in search — the practice needed stronger rankings and more compelling listings, not simply more impressions.

A Deeper Dive
A low average search position placed most of the site well outside the competitive results, limiting its ability to attract prospective patients despite reasonable impression volume.
The practice's differentiated whole-health positioning — including airway therapy and Myobrace — wasn't coming through in how listings appeared in search, keeping the practice indistinguishable from standard family dental competitors.
Managing consistent visibility and relevance across two locations, Savannah and Richmond Hill, added complexity to improving both rankings and click-through.
The Solution
The Digital Resource team rewrote metadata to lead with the practice's whole-health positioning, built distinct location pages for both markets, and added review and star-rating schema to lift click-through directly in search results — turning existing visibility into stronger rankings and more compelling listings.

Implementation
We rewrote titles and meta descriptions across treatment pages to lead with airway therapy, Myobrace, and whole-health positioning rather than generic treatment names, separating the practice from standard family dental competitors.
We built separate location pages for the Savannah and Richmond Hill offices, each with localized business information and Google Business Profile alignment, giving each market its own path into the site.
We added review and star-rating schema to eligible pages to lift click-through directly in the search results.
We fixed site speed and mobile usability issues and routed internal links from blog and educational content toward the relevant treatment and location pages.
