Pool Barrier

125.7%
The Problem
Pool Barrier needed to expand visibility among homeowners actively searching for pool-safety solutions and turn that visibility into measurable action. The site was lean and product-focused, with strong conversion intent but little supporting content to draw in and reassure new visitors before they reached the quote form — and beneath the surface, the site had accumulated spam content injected into its page copy, a common WordPress vulnerability quietly eroding both rankings and visitor trust.

A Deeper Dive
The site was lean and product-focused, with strong conversion intent but little supporting content to draw in and reassure new visitors before they reached the quote form.
Pool barriers serve a specialized, location-sensitive market, meaning the challenge wasn't simply more traffic — it was reaching people with an immediate need and giving them enough confidence to request a quote.
The site had accumulated spam content injected into its page copy. This common WordPress vulnerability quietly erodes both rankings and visitor trust if left unaddressed.
The Solution
The Digital Resource team audited and cleaned the site of injected spam content, added educational safety content on drowning prevention and code compliance, and strengthened local relevance across core markets — addressing both the hidden technical issue and the visibility gap that was holding conversions back.

Implementation
We audited and cleaned the site of injected spam content, applied security hardening, and resubmitted the site to Google for re-crawling to clear lingering trust signals.
We added educational safety content around drowning statistics, the CDC's 83% risk-reduction figure for four-sided isolation fencing, and ASTM and code compliance, giving both search engines and visitors substantive content to rank and act on.
We optimized style and color pages with clearer differentiation between products, and reinforced the homepage quote form with fence color and gate type fields to pre-qualify leads before they reached the sales team.
We strengthened service-area language throughout for West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Stuart.
