The Problem
Neighborhood Kids, a Christian-based preschool with multiple locations built around a nurturing, faith-centered environment for early childhood education, wasn't generating enough leads to fill its programs. Its newest Palm Beach Gardens location was struggling to establish any presence in its community. Tuition discounts hadn't moved enrollment, and previous advertising lacked the personal quality parents look for when choosing childcare; it was reaching families who weren't in the market for this kind of education in the first place.

A Deeper Dive
Tuition discounts hadn't moved enrollment, signaling that price wasn't the barrier holding back leads.
Existing marketing lacked the personal quality that actually resonates with parents choosing childcare, and gave no way to show what made each location worth choosing.
Previous advertising had been aimed at the wrong audience, reaching families who weren't in the market for this kind of early childhood education.
The Solution
The Digital Resource team built video- and location-specific content featuring real students and teachers, refined geographic targeting in Meta Ads Manager, and refreshed brand assets across all campaigns. It ran a dedicated campaign for the new Palm Beach Gardens location — giving each location a tangible, personal presence rather than a generic brand-level push.

Implementation
We produced video content and location-specific materials featuring actual students, teachers, and the environment itself, making each location's character tangible to a parent rather than abstract.
We built geographically refined Meta campaigns, working with the client and Account Manager to narrow targeting parameters down to families in specific geographic areas.
We rebuilt graphic assets to match the client's updated logo and visual identity, so the advertising reinforced brand recognition instead of fragmenting it.
We ran a dedicated campaign for the Palm Beach Gardens location, highlighting its new facilities and specific program rather than folding it into a brand-level push. We also worked with the client to set a realistic paid social budget that could be sustained across every location, and tracked performance closely to make data-driven adjustments as audience behavior shifted.
