The Problem
iPolish arrived with Facebook and Instagram pages already created but never used — no posting history, no engagement, and only a small existing follower base with nothing published for that audience to engage with. The brand had to be activated from a standing start while simultaneously introducing the world to its first-ever product and driving pre-orders ahead of a fixed June 2026 launch date, all without an established visual identity or voice to build from.

A Deeper Dive
Pre-orders had to be generated for a product that wouldn't ship for six months, requiring sustained momentum across a long lead time rather than a single push at launch.
As a brand-new company with a first product, iPolish had no established visual identity or voice, meaning brand-building and product marketing had to happen simultaneously.
Holding audience interest from first announcement, through a multi-month pre-order window, and into launch itself meant the content strategy had to shift shape across several distinct phases.
The Solution
The Digital Resource team built iPolish's visual identity and voice from scratch, then ran a phased content strategy — opening with product-focused awareness content, sustaining a long pre-order campaign, building momentum toward launch, and continuing purchase-focused content afterward — activating two dormant pages into a full product-launch platform.

Implementation
We established on-brand visual guidelines and tone before a single post went live, giving iPolish a cohesive identity across both platforms from day one, then opened with consistent, product-focused content to introduce the first-ever product to a brand-new audience well ahead of the ship date.
We ran a sustained pre-order campaign, creating content designed to drive pre-orders during the extended lead time before the product shipped, keeping the offer visible for months rather than weeks.
We built momentum toward the launch, ramping content up around the shipping date to convert sustained interest into a concentrated launch-day push.
We kept driving pre-orders and sales after launch with continued purchase-focused content, tracking and refining performance across both platforms from the cold start through the pre-order push and into launch.
