The Problem
Dentistry of Nashville needed a way to keep patients engaged beyond the appointment chair, reactivate opportunities sitting in its existing patient base, and support treatment follow-through, rather than relying solely on new patient acquisition to drive growth. Without a structured communication system in place, opportunities for recall, reactivation, and treatment acceptance were going unrealized.

A Deeper Dive
Without a structured communication system, opportunities for patient recall and reactivation were going unrealized across the existing patient base.
High-value services like crowns, implants, smile makeovers, and clear aligners require consistent, targeted communication to convert interest into scheduled treatment.
Sustaining patient engagement and revenue required a system built for the long term, not a one-off campaign that would fade after an initial push.
The Solution
The Digital Resource team implemented Internal Practice Marketing (IPM) as a structured, always-on patient communication system, combining promotional campaigns with automated workflows to support recall, reactivation, and treatment follow-through, building a revenue-continuity system designed to compound over time.

Implementation
We built targeted campaigns around high-value services (crowns, implants, smile makeovers, and clear aligners) which generated the strongest campaign performance and the largest share of attributed production.
We ran targeted recall reactivation and unscheduled treatment follow-up campaigns, which remained impactful even with smaller audience segments.
We layered in seasonal and educational campaigns to keep the practice top of mind and support ongoing patient engagement between visits.
We continuously monitored and optimized campaign performance, allowing the system to compound and sustain results year over year rather than taper off after the initial launch.
